The short answer

You can source custom hoodies and sweatshirts in fleece or French terry, pullover or zip-up, with printing, puff print or embroidery and your own labels. Compare the fabric weight (GSM), the fabric composition, the decoration method and the size chart, and approve a sample before production.

Styles you can source

  • Pullover hoodies. Kangaroo pocket, drawcord hood, ribbed cuffs and hem.
  • Zip-up hoodies. Full-zip and half-zip styles in fleece or terry.
  • Crewneck sweatshirts. Plain or printed, in regular and oversized fits.
  • Tracksuit sets. Matching hoodie and joggers.
  • Team and club hoodies. With names, numbers and crests.
  • Streetwear hoodies. Heavyweight, boxy and cropped cuts, with puff, screen or embroidered graphics.

Printing and decoration

  • Screen printing. Solid colours, good for larger quantities of the same design.
  • Puff print. Raised, textured print popular in streetwear.
  • Embroidery. Stitched logos and lettering that last well on hoodies.
  • Heat transfer and patches. Names, numbers and badges applied after the garment is made.
  • Sublimation. Full-colour print that works best on polyester.

Tell the supplier the artwork format, the number of colours and the print positions, and ask for a printed or embroidered sample.

Minimum order, samples and lead time

Minimum orders differ by supplier and by how custom the hoodie is. They are often set per style and per colour. Ask each supplier for a written quote that states the price per piece, the minimum order, the lead time and what is included, such as labels, polybags and printing. Always approve a sample first and check the fabric weight, the fit against your size chart and the print or embroidery.

We can send your brief to several factories, compare the quotes, arrange samples and book an independent inspection before shipment. You pay the supplier directly.

Frequently asked questions

Can I get custom hoodies with my own logo?

Yes. Many Pakistani factories print or embroider your logo and add your neck labels and packaging. Send logo files, print positions and colours when you ask for a quote.

What is the minimum order for hoodies?

It depends on the supplier and on how custom the hoodie is. Minimums are often set per style and colour. Ask each supplier for a written quote that states the minimum.

What GSM should I choose for hoodies?

Lighter fabrics suit spring and layering, and heavier fabrics suit winter and premium streetwear. Compare the GSM stated on each quote rather than relying on a description such as heavyweight.

What is the difference between fleece and French terry?

Fleece is brushed on the inside and feels warm and soft. French terry has small loops inside and is lighter and more breathable. Ask for a sample of each if you are unsure.

Which decoration method is best?

Screen printing suits large runs of simple designs, embroidery lasts well on hoodies and puff print gives a raised streetwear look. Ask the supplier to recommend a method for your fabric and artwork.

Can I order a sample first?

Yes, and we recommend it. Check the fabric weight, the fit, the stitching and the print before you approve production.

How do I get a quote?
