User Agreement

1. Introduction

Welcome to Baramdat (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED (“Baramdat”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By accessing or using Baramdat.com (the “Platform”) and its services, including AI-powered tools for exporters, you agree to comply with this User Agreement. This agreement governs your rights, responsibilities, and obligations while using our Platform.

Baramdat provides over 20 AI-powered tools designed to help exporters manage, list, and promote their products, streamline workflows, and empower business operations.

2. Eligibility

By using this Platform, you confirm that:

1. You are at least 18 years old.

2. You have full legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

3. You will use the Platform only for legitimate, legal, and non-prohibited business activities.

3. User Account

1. Users must create an account with accurate information.

2. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.

3. You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account.

4. User Obligations

By using the Platform, you agree that you will:

1. Provide truthful, accurate, and non-misleading information about your products.

2. Upload only content and products that you have full rights to share.

3. Not engage in fraudulent listings, scams, or misrepresentation within or outside the Platform using the Baramdat name.

4. Deliver products and services as committed to buyers.

5. Use the Platform and its AI tools responsibly, without engaging in illegal, prohibited, or unsafe activities.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

1. Upload, sell, or promote alcoholic products, human or animal safety hazard products, or other prohibited goods.

2. Engage in scams, phishing, or deceptive activities to defraud buyers or third parties.

3. Misuse AI tools for illegal or prohibited purposes.

4. Post misleading, fraudulent, or unauthorized content.

5. Violate any applicable laws, including export/import regulations.

Prohibited Product List (non-exhaustive):

- Alcoholic beverages

- Illegal drugs or controlled substances

- Weapons, explosives, or hazardous chemicals

- Products harmful to humans, animals, or the environment

- Products violating intellectual property rights

- Counterfeit, fake, or pirated items

6. Content Ownership & License

1. Users retain ownership of content they upload.

2. By uploading content, you grant Baramdat a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and use your content to provide the Platform services.

3. You represent that your content does not infringe on any third-party rights.

7. Financial Transactions

1. Baramdat does not control, monitor, or guarantee any financial transactions between buyers and sellers.

2. Buyers and sellers are solely responsible for completing and honoring transactions.

3. Baramdat is not liable for any disputes, losses, or damages related to transactions.

8. Limitation of Liability

1. The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.”

2. Baramdat is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

3. Baramdat does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

9. Termination

1. Baramdat may suspend or terminate your account for violation of this agreement or prohibited activities.

2. Users may delete their accounts at any time by contacting support.

10. Dispute Resolution

1. Any disputes will be governed by Pakistani laws.

2. Users agree to resolve disputes amicably where possible; otherwise, disputes will be submitted to competent courts in Pakistan.

11. Changes to This Agreement

1. Baramdat may update this User Agreement at any time.

2. Users will be notified via email or in-app notice.

3. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated agreement.
