Supplier selection is the part of sourcing where mistakes cost the most. Before a supplier reaches your shortlist, we check the basics and ask for proof, not promises.

What does the sourcing service cost?
We agree the fee with you in writing before any work starts, so there are no surprises. You can send a request first and decide after we confirm the scope.
Who pays the supplier?
You pay the supplier directly. Baramdat does not hold your payment. We can advise on safer payment terms, such as a letter of credit or staged payments.
How do you choose suppliers?
We look at business registration, product range, export experience and samples, and we ask for references or a factory visit or video where possible. Suppliers marked Verified on Baramdat have completed our verification checklist.
What if I only need samples first?
That is fine. Tell us in the request and we will arrange samples before you place a larger order.
Which products can you source?
Our strongest categories are surgical instruments, gloves, leather goods, sports goods, cutlery, garments and selected food products. If your product is different, send the request and we will tell you honestly whether we can help.
What is a sourcing agent?
A sourcing agent finds and vets suppliers for a buyer, collects quotes, and helps manage samples, quality checks and shipping. Baramdat acts as your sourcing agent for Pakistani suppliers. You pay suppliers directly, and we agree any fee with you in writing before work begins.
Do you work with factories or trading companies?
We prefer to introduce you to the manufacturer, because that gives you the factory price and direct control over quality. Where a trading company is the better fit, for example for mixed products or small lots, we tell you clearly which one you are dealing with.
Can you source private label or OEM products?
Yes. Send your specification, target quantity and branding needs. We look for manufacturers that accept private label, OEM or custom designs, and we tell you honestly if the minimum order quantity is likely to be higher than you expect.
What are MOQ and lead time?
MOQ is the minimum order quantity a supplier will accept. Lead time is the time from a confirmed order to goods ready to ship. We collect both from every supplier in the same format, so you can compare them side by side.
