The short answer
You can source plain, printed and embroidered T-shirts, polo shirts and tank tops from Pakistani manufacturers, blank for your own printing or finished with your labels. Compare the fabric weight (GSM), the cotton quality, the fit and the stitching, and approve a sample before production.
What you can source
- Plain and blank T-shirts. Crew and V-neck basics in many colours, for print shops and brands.
- Printed and graphic T-shirts. Screen printed, heat transfer or sublimation designs.
- Polo shirts. Piqué and jersey polos with embroidered logos for teams, schools and companies.
- Tank tops and sleeveless tops. Plain and custom, for gym and casual wear.
- Long-sleeve and raglan tees. Casual and sports cuts.
- Private label retail T-shirts. Your own labels, hangtags and packaging.
Fabric and fit: what to compare
| Detail | What to ask |
|---|---|
| Fabric composition | 100% cotton, polyester or a blend. Blends resist shrinking and creasing, and cotton feels softer. |
| Fabric weight (GSM) | Grams per square metre. Lightweight tees are often around 140 to 160, standard around 180 to 200 and heavyweight above 220. Ask for the GSM on the quote. |
| Cotton quality | Carded, combed or ring-spun yarn. Combed ring-spun cotton feels smoother and wears better. |
| Fit and cut | Regular, slim or oversized, with a size chart in centimetres. |
| Construction | Neck rib, shoulder tape, side seams or tubular body, and stitch quality. |
| Shrinkage | Whether the fabric is pre-shrunk and by how much it may shrink in the wash. |

Printing and decoration
- Screen printing. Solid colours, best for larger runs of the same design.
- Heat transfer and DTF. Full-colour designs for small runs and many designs.
- Sublimation. Full-colour print for polyester fabrics.
- Embroidery. Stitched logos on polos and heavier tees.
Tell the supplier your artwork format, the number of colours and the print positions, and ask for a printed sample.
Minimum order, samples and lead time
Minimum orders differ by supplier and by how custom the order is. They are often set per style and per colour. Ask each supplier for a written quote that states the price per piece, the minimum order, the lead time and what is included, such as labels, polybags and printing. Always approve a sample and check the fabric weight, the fit against your size chart and the print quality.
We can send your brief to several factories, compare the quotes, arrange samples and book an independent inspection before shipment. You pay the supplier directly.

Frequently asked questions
Can I buy blank T-shirts to print myself?
Yes. Many factories supply plain T-shirts in bulk, in your colours and sizes, with or without your neck labels. Say whether you want them for screen printing, DTF or sublimation, because the best fabric differs.
What is the minimum order for custom T-shirts?
It depends on the supplier and on how custom the order is. Minimums are often set per style and colour. Ask each supplier for a written quote that states the minimum order.
What GSM is best for T-shirts?
Lighter fabrics suit warm weather and layering, and heavier fabrics feel more premium. Compare the stated GSM on each quote instead of relying on words such as premium or heavyweight.
Can the factory embroider logos on polo shirts?
Yes. Embroidery is common on polos. Send your logo file, the size and the position on the chest or sleeve.
Can I order a sample first?
Yes, and we recommend it. Check the fabric, the fit, the stitching and the print before you approve production.
How do I get a quote?
