1.   Subscription & Credit Payments: Baramdat offers premium features exclusively for registered sellers including:

·      Seller subscription plans

·      Add-on credit purchases for promotions and enhanced communications

All subscription fees and add-on credit payments are non-refundable. Once a payment is completed, refunds will not be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to: - Change of mind - Lack of usage - Account suspension or termination due to policy violation - Technical issues beyond Baramdat’s control.

2.   Transactions Between Buyers & Sellers: Baramdat serves strictly as an online marketplace platform. We do not facilitate or manage any financial transactions between buyers and sellers.

Baramdat does NOT: - Receive, store, or transfer buyer payments - Guarantee product quality, delivery, or listing accuracy - Intervene in post-listing negotiations or agreements

Therefore, Baramdat cannot offer refunds for disputes related to purchases. Any payment disagreements, cancellations, or refunds must be handled directly between the buyer and seller.

3.   User Responsibility & Due Diligence Users are responsible for:

·      Verifying product quality and seller credibility before proceeding

·      Ensuring safe, legal, and documented transactions

·      Reporting suspicious activities to Baramdat Support

Baramdat may assist by reviewing reported misconduct but holds no financial liability for user decisions or outcomes.

1. Service Availability & Features We continuously update features to improve performance. Certain services may be discontinued, upgraded, or restructured without refund obligations for previously paid subscriptions or credits.
2. Cancellation Policy Users may cancel subscriptions anytime; however, the cancellation will only apply to future billing cycles. Previously paid fees remain non-refundable.
