Frequently asked questions
Are government and third-party fees included in your price?+
No. Government, chamber, bank, courier and carrier charges are paid at cost and shown as separate lines on your invoice, without markup. Our own service fee is shown separately.
How do I pay?+
After we confirm your requirements we send an invoice. You can pay securely online with PayFast (JazzCash, Easypaisa, bank account or card). Work starts once payment is received.
How can I follow my order?+
Log in to your Baramdat account and open your service order. You can see progress steps, upload documents, download deliverables and message our team there.
